"The aim of this special issue is to provide researchers and practitioners with an opportunity to present their research that focuses on efforts to close the gender gap across the range of Human Factors domains (e.g., transportation, healthcare, defense, workplaces, high-hazard industries, sport, manufacturing) and discuss current and future issues. Due to the nature of this topic area we welcome both commentaries and full papers."
